Where does Knitting for Olive ship to?
We ship our yarns and accessories worldwide from our warehouse in Denmark. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your yarns ethically sourced?
Yes, animal welfare and environmental sustainability are our top priorities. All our wool is mulesing-free, and our production facilities follow strict ethical standards.
How will I receive my knitting patterns?
Our patterns are digital products. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a download link to a PDF file. You can also access them via your customer account.
What is your return policy for physical goods?
You can return unused yarn in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
Due to our automated packing process, we are generally unable to combine separate orders. Please ensure all items are in your cart before finalizing your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), PayPal, and localized payment options like MobilePay for our Danish customers.
